What's the difference between VIP and Standard?

VIP is a private, solo experience — your pet has the vehicle exclusively with a dedicated handler and no extra stops. Standard is a shared ride with other screened pets, great if you're flexible on timing and want to save on cost.

Can my pet travel without a crate?

Yes, for many dogs and cats we offer crate-free transport where your pet rides comfortably secured in the vehicle cab. We'll assess what works best for your pet's size and temperament.

What if my pet needs medication?

Our handlers can administer oral medications, eye drops, and other routine care during the trip at no extra charge. Just provide instructions and supplies at pickup and we'll take it from there.

How does the Breeder Delivery Route work?

We coordinate with the breeder to pick up all pups at once, build an optimized route to each recipient, and split the total transport cost across all parties. Each family gets a delivery confirmation with photos when their pup arrives.
