Big Dog Logistics Group started in freight — moving pallets, managing supply chains, and building a reputation for reliability across the country. Along the way, clients kept asking the same question: "Can you move my pet too?"
At first we referred them elsewhere. But we kept hearing the same frustrations — animals showing up stressed, dehydrated, with no updates during transit. Pets treated like boxes. So we decided to do it ourselves, the right way.
We built our pet transport division from scratch: trained handlers who are animal lovers first, climate-controlled vehicles, real-time check-ins, and a policy of never rushing a trip at the expense of an animal's comfort.
Today we move dogs, cats, exotic animals, and specialty pets across all 50 states — and every single one arrives safely, because that's the only outcome we're willing to accept.
