What is the difference between VIP and Standard?

VIP is a private, solo experience - your pet has the vehicle exclusively with a dedicated handler and no extra stops. Standard is a shared ride with other screened pets, great if you are flexible on timing and want to save on cost.

Can my pet travel without a crate?

Under 9 CFR § 3.15, Any person subject to the Animal Welfare regulations must not transport or deliver for transport in commerce a dog or cat unless the animal is contained in a primary enclosure such as a compartment, transport cage, carton, or crate.

What if my pet needs medication?

Our handlers can administer oral medications, eye drops, and other routine care during the trip at no extra charge. Just provide instructions and supplies at pickup and we will take it from there.

How does the Breeder Delivery Route work?

We coordinate with the breeder to pick up all pups at once, build an optimized route to each recipient, and split the total transport cost across all parties. Each family gets a delivery confirmation with photos when their pup arrives.

What areas does Pet Taxi cover?

Do you transport across state lines?

Yes - we operate nationwide for all long-distance services and handle all interstate transport requirements. For certain exotic species, additional permits may be required, which we will guide you through.
